| Educational Qualification | Candidates must have passed the High School Certificate Examination (Matriculation/10th Class) conducted by BSE, Odisha, or an equivalent board. |
| Odia Language Requirement | Must have passed Odia as one of the subjects in the High School Certificate Examination (HSCE). |
